YOURFENCECEO PLATFORM

Privacy and your information.

Updated October 12, 2026. This notice explains the information handled by YourFenceCEO’s sales website and contractor software, including connected Facebook Pages. A contractor’s own policies and project agreement also apply to its customer and employee records.

Website inquiries and company accounts

When you request a demo, submit an application or contact us, we save the information you provide, such as your name, contact details, company, website and requested services. We use it to respond, prepare the requested demo, support onboarding and keep the sales conversation together. Optional marketing consent is recorded separately from the service request.

Contractor workspaces store the records needed for their work: customer contact and project details, fence layouts, quotes, agreements, appointments, job records, material orders and accounting entries. Staff accounts use individual identities and assigned roles. The selected company and role determine access to company records; one company’s lead intake is routed to its own workspace.

Facebook Messenger and lead forms

When a company authorizes the connection and Meta grants the necessary access, YourFenceCEO can receive inquiries from that company’s connected Facebook Page. The information can include:

We use this information to create or update the correct company’s CRM lead, link the inquiry to its conversation, avoid repeated imports and notify the company’s designated staff. Missing contact details may still need to be collected by that company. Provider identifiers help track lead sources; they do not reveal every ad a person has seen.

Facebook data is not a public leaderboard or public website directory. Staff access is limited by the company and assigned roles. Publishing through a connected Page requires an explicit publication action. The presence of configuration alone does not mean Meta has approved public access or that automatic delivery has been verified.

Messages, maps and other service providers

Supabase provides database and account services, and Vercel hosts the application. Connected email delivery uses the configured mail provider, including Resend or the configured SMTP service. Google Maps processes map interactions; Google Translation receives text submitted for translation when that feature is connected. Meta supplies authorized Facebook Page events. Each provider also has its own policies.

Company staff can use project maps and location information saved with a clock punch. Clock-punch location requires the device’s location permission and is visible according to the staff roles. This feature records punch locations; it is not continuous location tracking.

Website measurement and browser storage

The sales site and contractor sites use separate traffic records. Supported measurement includes page views, pseudonymous browser and session identifiers, referral and campaign information, and recorded actions such as demo requests or applications. A browser identifier is an estimate of a visitor, not proof of a unique person. Raw page requests are not treated as people.

Browser storage supports sessions, saved site selections and traffic measurement. Traffic code respects supported Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals and includes test and bot exclusions. To exclude this browser from YourFenceCEO sales-site measurement, open the traffic-exclusion link. Clearing browser storage or using a different browser can remove that preference. Hosting and service providers can still handle request information needed to operate and secure the service.

Information choices and deletion requests

To ask about your information, correct it or request deletion, email alex.everts.sales@gmail.com. For a contractor project or employee record, identify the company involved so the request can be directed to the appropriate company. We may need to verify the request and work with that company before changing its records.

See Facebook data deletion instructions for the information to include. Removing a Facebook connection stops future authorized access; it does not itself delete information previously saved in a company’s CRM. Some records may need to be kept for the company’s contractual, accounting, dispute or legal obligations. Do not email a password, login code, identity document or full payment details with a request.

FenceBoss game and optional leaderboard

Playing does not require a name or email. We save an anonymous run identifier and completion results to validate a run. Only after finishing can you choose to post a username, time and accuracy publicly. Posting requires your email and an unchecked confirmation that you are joining YourFenceCEO marketing updates. Your email and consent record remain private and separate from contractor CRM leads. Skipping the leaderboard does not sign you up for marketing. Use the private unsubscribe link shown after posting, or Manage my marketing subscription on the same browser's game start screen, to stop marketing updates while keeping your score. You can also contact us below. Music and game graphics are generated locally; they do not request third-party recordings.
