FACEBOOK CONNECTIONS

Request deletion of your information.

Updated October 12, 2026. YourFenceCEO can store inquiries received from an authorized company Facebook Page in that company’s CRM. These instructions cover information received through Facebook Messenger and lead forms.

Send a deletion request

  1. Email alex.everts.sales@gmail.com with the subject YourFenceCEO Facebook data deletion request.
  2. Identify the company or Facebook Page you contacted and the name you used in the inquiry. If available, include the approximate date and a link to the Page or your conversation.
  3. Describe what you want removed: for example, a Messenger conversation or a submitted lead-form inquiry. If you already gave that company an email address or phone number, you may include it to help locate the record. Do not send passwords, login codes, identity documents or payment details.

What happens next

We use the information in the request to locate the relevant company record and verify that the request is authorized. A contractor controls its own customer and employee records, so we may need to coordinate with that company. We will respond with the outcome or explain what further information is needed.

Deletion can remove Facebook-derived message and inquiry information held in the relevant workspace. It does not automatically cancel a contract, erase an invoice, remove a record held directly by Meta, or change information held by another company. Records required for contractual, accounting, dispute or legal obligations may need to be retained; any applicable limits should be explained when the request is handled.

Disconnecting an account

A company Page administrator can remove YourFenceCEO’s connection in Meta’s app or business-integration settings to stop future authorized access. Disconnecting the integration does not automatically delete information already received. Submit a deletion request if that information should also be reviewed for removal.

Read the YourFenceCEO privacy notice for how connected Page information is used. This page provides human-handled deletion instructions; it does not claim to be an automated Meta data-deletion callback.
